Creating a website for geocachers who set and find caches on our beautiful moor is a great idea. I was really impressed with the professional appearance of the whole site, and a lot of thought has obviously gone in to planning it. Well done, DD, it must have taken a massive amount of work to set this up. Watch this space…
I’m not a regular user of forums but this one does have the potential to hold my attention! Very well presented. Congratulations on the layout and navigation. I hope you get the support your efforts deserve.
Just joined, and what a great site it is. I endorse Muddypuddles comments on this post. Dartmoor Dave has done a cracking job here. Many hours of work and research. Well done, and much appreciated.
We shall look forward to studying the whole site in more detail tomorrow (falling asleep now!!) and responding accordingly. Well done, and thanks! Alan
Just thought we would mention the beautiful pictures associated with the site, guessing they are all DD’s work, can the pictures be given titles so that we know where they were taken ?
Thank you all for your kind comments re the web site. It will be well worth the effort if we can generate a regular stream of new topics which encourage active debate. There are so many things I would like to see discussed but I would prefer others to suggest topics also. Regarding The Celtic Jedi’s question on the photos, I took all of these on Dartmoor, but the theme I’m using for the web site doesn’t appear to allow me to add captions. I’ll see if I can do this a different way.
